Welcome to Herb Sprouts Learning, by accessing our website Herbsproutslearning.com and purchasing or using our educational services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use this website or purchase our services.

1. Educational Purpose Only

Our herbalism lessons are educational in nature only and are designed for minors under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Nothing on this website or in our lessons should be considered a substitute for professional medical advice.

2. Eligibility & Guardian Consent

By enrolling a child, you confirm that:

  • You are the child’s parent or legal guardian.

  • You consent to the child’s participation.

  • You will supervise all hands-on activities, including herb handling and preparation.

3. ESA Funding (Arizona)

Our services are intended to qualify as supplemental educational services under the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program.

However:

  • Approval of reimbursement is not guaranteed.

  • Families are responsible for ensuring purchases meet current ESA rules.

  • We are not responsible for denied, delayed, or reversed ESA reimbursements.

4. Payments & Refunds

All prices are listed in USD.

Because lessons are digital and/or scheduled educational services:

  • No refunds are provided once access is granted.

  • If a class is canceled by us, a credit or refund will be issued.

ESA families are responsible for submitting reimbursement requests directly to the Arizona Department of Education.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, illustrations, and worksheets are:

  • The exclusive property of Herb Sprouts Learning.

  • Licensed for personal, household educational use only.

  • Not permitted to be shared, resold, copied, or redistributed.

6. Child Safety & Conduct

We reserve the right to remove any student or guardian who:

  • Acts disruptively,

  • Harasses instructors,

  • Uses offensive language,

  • Violates safety instructions.

No refunds will be issued for removals due to conduct.

7. Health & Allergy Disclaimer

Some herbs or ingredients may cause allergic reactions.

By enrolling or purchasing a box, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Checking ingredient safety

  • Monitoring allergic responses

  • Consulting a healthcare provider when necessary

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law:

Herb Sprouts Learning is not liable for:

  • Injuries

  • Allergic reactions

  • Property damage

  • Financial losses

  • Injuries due to use of oven/kitchen appliances or kitchen tools arising from lesson participation or website use.

9. Privacy

We collect only information necessary to:

  • Provide educational services

  • Process payments

  • Communicate with families

  • Create invoices to follow ESA guidelines 

We never sell student data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

Any disputes must be brought in Pinal County, Arizona.

11. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms
