Refund Policy

ESA ClassWallet Payment & Refund Handling:
Any cancellation requests, reimbursement issues, or refund inquiries must be handled directly through the ESA Program/ClassWallet and in accordance with ESA policies and procedures.
We do not process, return, or redistribute ESA/ClassWallet funds independently. Families are responsible for submitting and managing any necessary documentation within the ESA/ClassWallet portal.
By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy and understand that all ESA-related payment matters must be managed through the ESA/ClassWallet Program.
All enrollments in our Kids Herbalism Classes or orders for Curriculum Boxes orders that are paid through the Empowerment Scholarship Account Program using ClassWallet are final.  We do not issue refunds, credits, or cancellations directly through our website.
Damaged box/goods:
If you receive a broken or missing item in your DIY Herbalism Box, please reach out to Herbsprouts101@gmail.com. We will reship missing or broken items. Items in the box have no cash value.

Purchases made though Odyssey or Non-ESA Debit/Credit Card Purchases:
If you did NOT use ESA/ClassWallet funds or reimbursements, refunds may be available within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened DIY Herbalism boxes once they are sent back via USPS and inspected. If received a  broken or missing items, they may be replaced per request at herbsprouts101@gmail.com.
