Host an In-Person Class

Interested in hosting a Herbalism Class with your school, co-op, or group?
In person Pop-Up classes will be taught by the herbalist, Ms. Gwen. We will learn an entire body section (of your choice) which includes 4 lessons, 4 worksheets and 4 plant projects! The class is 1.5 to 2 hours long and all supplies is included. This is available to Arizona residence only. If you are outside an hour drive time from Mesa, it is case by case and student minimums will increase. The total per student is $153.12. If the week before class arrives and we are under the student minimums due to cancelations and non-paid invoices, class may be held via Zoom.

To host a Pop-Up In-Person Class:
1. Location must be within 1 hour of Mesa. (More than 1 hour from Mesa is a 15 student minimum and is case by case.)
2. Provide a minimum of 8 student sign ups. These must be pre-paid no later then 1 week before the scheduled class. No refunds, but can be exchanged for a pre recorded Video Class if someone has to cancel.
2. Provide a location that can seat the 8+ students and has access to a kitchen stove/fridge. Church, dance studio, large home, etc.
3. Fill out the following form:

Can you provide the 8+ students to participate? (15+ if 1+ hours away from Mesa)
Can you provide a location where all students have a place at a table and we have access to a stove and fridge?
Would you be comfortable with other potential students joining in? (No obligation)
Do you, and all attending families, understand that there are no refunds (exchanges available)? If less than 8 invoices are submitted, class may be held via Zoom? And that all invoices must be paid no later than 1 week before class?
